I illustrated and designed an entire record sleeve, a single sleeve, and hypothetical album sleeve, for my fathers unpublished music, for his band Akela and the Cubs from the 80’s.

​Their music heavily inspired the illustrations,

and complimented the youth and rock/pop tone. ​My illustrations are predominantly traditional rather than digital, and believed it complimented the authenticity of the music, raw and rough. 

​

​All were were illustrated using the technique of monoprint, mirroring my Fine Art practise, where I used the same technique, throughout my undergraduate degree. I used this technique to illustrate the entire sleeve.​
